Comfort Suites O' Hare Airport

Overall good value for the money with a shuttle to airport. Be careful on arrival you have to call for someone to pick you up. Staff friendly and helpful.

Overall, this hotel met our needs as a family of leisure travelers to Chicago. Having two rooms, a refrigerator and a microwave was a real plus. The staff was usually quick to meet our needs, with the exception of the broken sofa bed. The free hotel shuttle made it possible for us to use the vast Chicago Transit Authority for almost all of our travel needs in Chicago. The service at the hotel was outstanding. Our heater broke the first night of our stay after our almost 2-yr old was already asleep. They had someone there to fix it within 5 minutes and went out of their way to avoid waking our son. ...read more

Nice hotel, great location, little traffic to/from.

Perfect for business or short stays. Near the airport but not noisy.

Shuttle service (pickup at train) apparently forgot us
a 15 minute wait became 40 and took another 15 after my followup call. The manager told us the station at Grand was 3 or 4 blocks from Michigan it is actually 14 blocks. He also told us stores on Michigan were open until 9PM but they close at 7PM. ...read more

Overall it was a nice stay. It was just frustrating to check in at 11:00 at night and not have a clean room yet.

We were there overnight, for our purpose it was ideal, airport shuttle, sports bar with pretty good food,clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Overall, good place, would stay there again.
